Cassie Winterowd, a San Diego native and seasoned lender with a diverse background in the mortgage industry. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University, and in 2007, she transitioned from Commercial Lending to Residential Lending.

With over 16 years of experience, Cassie is known for her dedication to exceptional client service, earning her the title of “The Friendly Lender.” She resides in San Diego with her husband, Trevor, their 4-year-old son, Jake and cat named Bacon. When she’s not working to help clients achieve their home financing goals, Cassie is also a part-time yoga teacher, finding balance in life both professionally and personally.
